Information

I’m an Engineering Technology Management student and manufacturing professional with 7+ years of hands‑on experience in industrial operations, process control, and mechanical troubleshooting. In my current role as a Milling Technician at Shaw Industries, I operate and maintain complex equipment, work with HMI systems, perform precision quality checks, and troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues to keep production running safely and efficiently.

My background includes more than 15 years of employee training and mentoring across multiple industries, which has shaped my leadership style and strengthened my communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving abilities. At Shaw, I’ve been selected for the Employee Safety Committee, earned multiple CITI Awards, completed COJT training, and contributed to continuous improvement efforts that reduce downtime and improve workflow.

I’m currently pursuing my B.S. in Engineering Technology Management at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, and I’m actively seeking Engineering Internships, Operations/Engineering Management Trainee (OMT) programs, and early‑career roles in manufacturing, quality, or process improvement. I’m especially motivated by opportunities that offer structured development, cross‑department exposure, and hands‑on project work.

My long‑term goal is to grow into a well‑rounded engineering or operations leader who improves processes, develops people, and strengthens safety and performance across manufacturing environments.
